The best height to at is 6'3. I will reach this height next year after my LL, I am 182 guy and I feel myself too short even though I am taller than average. LL is a cosmetic surgery, does not matter if you are 5" foot tall or 6", it is a cosmetic surgery in both cases

in fact the best height is 182/183 with women
with men the best height is 6'2
only a few women want 6'2 men, and you can reach that height with small lifts and hairstyle, and even lying
but many women want a man that is tall, but not that tall.
if you are in a country in which all women are 160 cm, there may be many women who will reject you for being too tall; and yes, you cant get shorter, but you can get taller with lifts and hairstyle

Otavio, I have nothing against tall men wanting to be taller, I just want you to know that if you are getting height neurosis from reading  ty studies then that's one source you can cut off from your life and simply not have heigh neurosis anymore.

Also may I ask how you came up with "6'3" as "the best" height?

"there may be many women who will reject you for being too tall"

That's definitley true, just check out /r/tall subreddit and you will see countless guys over 6'1 admitting to having been rejected because of their height

Sure it doesnt happen as often as short guys but it still common

@Apoplectic 5'8 is definitley a solid heught lad, im suee you will be happy with it, because you will feel like you will tower over most women at that height and whats the max you would lenghten if you do a second surgery?

I think if I ever got a second surgery I'd lengthen an additional 5cm after the first.

I'm naturally a skinny guy with broad shoulders for my height (about 19 inchs across), so I think too much added height would ruin my proportions.

If I'm not happy at 5ft 8 I know for sure I'll be happy at 5ft 10 since that would be on the upper end of average .

agree with this
i think shoulders length is the most important thing to consider when doing LL, and not torso length as most people think

"agree with this

But cant you just make your shoulders bigger and upper body wider by lifting weights?
