Wow. I got 43.5%. I always thought my legs were short for my height but I had no idea they were actually below average. No wonder I'm always dressed to make my torso look shorter and legs look longer.

169cm height, 73cm inseam. 43%, with 5cm i would get to 46%, so much better/normal proportions. it sucks not having the money for the precise Do YOU have long/average/short legs?

With 5CM you would be just under 45%. Did you remember to add the 5CM to your initial height alongside inseam? 78/174x100=44.82%. If you don't change your initial height, the sum comes 46% - 78/169x100=46.15%

Not particularly, a fat/muscular person could have a sitting height of several CM more than someone at a very low body weight due to the size of the buttocks and thighs.
