Method: External Ilizarov (Currently not offering LON/LATN)
Length of stay: 4-6 days
Cost of treatment: $3,800 USD – $4,300 USD (approx)

Cost Includes: Room charges for the specified period, Surgeon’s Fees, OT Charges/Anesthetist Charges, Investigations related to the surgery, Stay for one attendant, Food & Beverages for patient and one attendant

Cost Excludes: All expenses for the stay beyond the package of 6 days, Professional Fees for any other consultant, Any other additional procedure/surgery, Use of special drugs/consumables/implant, Other equipment like DVT pump, walker, etc., Any outpatient consultations, physiotherapy, medicines which are required after the discharge, Hotel/Guest house cost

Facilities for International Patients: Complimentary Pick up and Drop to the Airport, Complimentary meals for one companion during hospital stay. During the stay in the ICU, stay of the attendant would be made in the lounge. Payments can be done by cash/credit card/wire transfers. For post discharge stay we shall assist you to book a hotel/guest house as per your budget preference.

This is interesting !

But external only with Ilizarov is is such an out dated (barberic) LL Method....lol

One can assume though that he would charge around the sme price for LATN and or LON if and when he starts offering it.

How is it barbaric? You wear the frames for 4 - 6 months longer than LON and you don't have to worry about permanent knee many patients suffer from having a nail inside their bone.

After some of the recent discussions about the knee pain caused by having your knee cut open, a hole drilled, and a steel rod inserted, I am considering external.

It's a few more months with frames but no permanent knee pain and no surgery for rod removal.
