Am I missing something, how are his prices close to Paley if his price includes accommodation etc for full lenghthening period. Maybe I am not reading quote properly?

Ye you are right, paley charges 80k usd but only with PT included.

Rooms look beautiful btw.

Paley charges 90k for femurs and 100k for tibias with only PT included.

This is why I voted for Donghoon as my top choice. For 75k you get everything included and done for you in a first world country. The guestrooms look awesome. They take you to and from physical therapy everyday. They even pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Your 3 meals a day are prepared and brought to your room for you. Basically you just sit around and do some work on your computer or watch movies or play games on the free wifi when you are not stretching. Seems like a good deal.

Internal Lengthening Technique

* Extra charge for Accommodation in Hospital
The extra charge for accommodation price in the hospital (per day) as below
-   5 people in 1 room, Korean style meals: 300,000 KRW
-   5 people in 1 room, Western style meals: 380,000 KRW

-   2 people in 1 room: +150,000 KRW
-   Single Room: + 250,000 KRW

** Severance hospital doesn’t provide total package price. Since we charge fee on each medical treatment, the whole cost can be varied. It can be different with the cost mentioned in the above, but not much different.
** Korean government impose 10% surtax on cosmetic lengthening surgery (stature lengthening; leg length discrepancy is not included). 10% surtax is not included in the above cost. You need to prepare 10% surtax and it is refunded when you leave Korea.

Don't see any reason to choose him,considering also that he is in South Korea
