Honestly may have even considered it if I was leaving one inch on the table but I'd be leaving 0.2 inch on that won't catapult me to a different height class- I'm good and I'll stay in the 5'9 range with or without. Also not even doing this for women. I could care less. Just want to be okay with myself.
Even better then. At that point you go until YOU feel satisfied and thats it. You know whats best for your body better then we do afterall
Thanks. What about you? What's your current height and what are you planning on doing if you don't mind sharing.

I dont mind at all, My current height is 173cm at night, and i plan to do a minimum of 5cm but if i can ill shoot for 6 maximum 7. athleticism isnt a majorly important thing for me, but the smoother and safer the recovery the better it is in my book. If i were to hit 5cm and was told
I wouldnt be able to do any minor weight lifting with my legs, or told id never be able to run id stop there. Just because id like to be able to continue everyday routines and all that. My wingspan is about 176cm and im very flexible. Like flexible enough to stand an inch on a box and not just touch my toes, but knuckle them. And my femur and tibia are very similar in size so i wouldnt look disproportionate even if i decided to do a larger amount like 8-10cm.
Nice.
I see people write about wingspan a lot. I wonder what the role of wingspan is? mine is 178 but my height is 169.5, yet, I never feel like my arms are too long. But I don't know.
I am also not an athlete anymore and I honestly can't remember when last I ran. Although I do lift currently 245lbs on squats so sad I won't be able to do that for a while. This might sound crazy but my biggest asset is my ass and I get complimented alot on how muscular is is, I'm so sad it's going to go.

LOL 😂 dw that aint weird at all, wingspan is really just to distinguish how proportionate and flexible you most likely would be after the LL. If someones wingspan is the same as there height and they lengthen a larger amount they would obviously look a little disproportionate and might have a harder time doing things like cleaning there feet etc. So the more higher your wingspan is the better overall. Its not needed, but it definitely helps a ton.
I absolutely understand how you feel about losing muscle, ive spent the last year and half atrophying not just my legs, but my upper body as i knew for a fact that i wouldnt have the energy or willpower to workout AND do LL. Seeing my Physique slowly deteriorate was probably one of the worst things ive had to witness truly, but if i had to see myself slowly losing my upper body muscle during LL i almost guarantee that it would fk with my dedication and make me wanna stop. So it really is the best play to make
Oh I plan to start working upper body as soon as I can. I saw a guy's diary. His name is Movie and he didn't seem to lose ass so much so fingers crossed. Thanks for the info. When and what country/city are you doing your procedure?
fyi, it's said lengthen bone within 20% of your original bone. you might wanna consider that too
Yes. 6.5cm puts me at about 13.5 percent of my femur.
