You’re walking looks pretty good and I’m glad you’re feeling better day by day overtime although I’m sure like most everyone there’s a bump or two in the road along the way like you mentioned. The important thing is that you’re feeling better over time - good news! Stay strong 💪
Gracias amigo!!
Luckily it has only been 2 bad days after many days of progress.
I'm still focused on getting my active life back from before surgery💪

Day 164 after the operation (Tuesday 08 / July / 21):

Day 60 of consolidation phase

Hello again!
Yesterday I had X-rays and telemetry and it seems that everything is going quite well. The only problem is that the pelvis is still not in its correct position, on the right side it is slightly tilted forward and makes my right leg appear slightly shorter. Today I have had a physiotherapy session and it has been very useful to me. 😁
Thanks to the fact that my legs are not tense, the physiotherapist has spent most of his time treating my hips and pelvis, so with various movements and stretches he has redirected my pelvis and I feel better. It is still not completely resolved, obviously, but with time and some more physiotherapy session it will surely no longer be a problem ... 😉
The last few days I have been walking on the treadmill at a pretty high pace, at 2.5 to 3 miles per hour, and after walking for 15 to 20 minutes I start jogging at 4.5 miles per hour.
Today I have preferred to spend time practicing stretching for my hips and back, in addition to exercising my legs going up and down stairs:

Thursday 08 / July / 2021
Excuse me, I have incorrectly put the days of consolidation in the last publication, I think it is day 61 of the recovery phase and 163 after surgery.

Dude you making me feel jealous

I am in 5 th week of consolidation and I am no where near you

Standing up alone feels like a mission

Still extreme fatigue

Flexibility is not the same like yours.

I think your hard work and efforts are truly paying off

I hope I can reach close to what you have achieved

Truly awesome and happy for you brother

Hi my friend!
My leg flexibility may be greater than yours but I am sure that in some muscles we are almost the same ...
My hip flexors and tensor fasciae latae are still stiff ... I think that's one of the reasons why I'm still not walking normally ...
If it's any consolation, before shooting the last video I was stretching and warming up my legs to be able to go up and down stairs so fast😉
I also suffered a lot a few weeks ago just standing for a few minutes.
In these last 7-10 days I have noticed quite a bit of progress, now I no longer wobble or limp as much when trying to walk right after sitting for a long time.
A few weeks ago I needed to support my hands to go up and down stairs, except when my legs were at 100%, now I can go up and down stairs with my son in my arms😁
Evolution is slow, sometimes you have ups and downs when one day you feel good and train too much, then you spend 2 or 3 days with discomfort and walk a little worse, but soon you are well again, it is a matter of time and a lot of effort, but it deserves worth it, I assure you.
Stay strong !! 💪
