Hi Siegfried,

Ok, this may sound a little weird or even crazy lol. So even though I know lengthening is slowly tightening me up and may even start to hurt more.... and even though my thighs are sore, I find myself more happy and looking forward to reaching my goals.

I am quite happy at the moment and am not in the mindset of "just get this over with", instead I am quite enjoying this time, the therapies, the stretches... its quite an experience.

The point is - I have spent a considerable amount of money on this anyway, so why not enjoy the journey as a unique experience in life lolz   Femurs with Dr. Assayag in MD Femurs with Dr. Assayag in MD

Good luck on your surgery!

What do you have in your list of stuff to pack/bring with you when you move to the area of your surgery? I'm still not sure the right amount of stuff to bring

I’m no expert for sure, but I’d say the battle is already won with this mental approach and attitude 👍; keep it up! 💪
