Considering this again, are you sure his clothes aren't hiding his proportions a bit? Because his arms look like they don't even go beyond his torso. I am 173 cm tall with a 177 cm wingspan (but less broad shoulders than him) and my arms reach half or most of the way down my thighs.

Maybe he just had a very long torso and short legs to begin with, though.

Artem Lobov is 5'9 and naturally 5'5 wingspan [same wingspan as me n im 5'2 1/2"].

wing span doesn't matter. someone can have wide shoulders which makes their wingspan seem higher. You need to measure arm length and not take wingspan into account.

this thread was made to have a discussion about wingspan and arm length was it not? i made a comparison w/ a 5'9 person having a 5'5 wingspan i didn't said wingspan is equal to arm length i dont know if the person has narrow shoulders and long arms or wide shoulders and short arms i was just stating that our wingspan is identical even though i am 7 inches shorter and that although they have a -4" wingspan it doesn't look too weird but still unaesthetic
