Hello,

I'm writing from Polish, so I apologize for my English.
I found a doctor who performs leg lengthening in my country, so I believe that the quality of the service will be high.
I have the amount ready and I want to start in the new year.

I always thought I was 172 cm tall, but it turned out that I was 169-170 cm.
I'm angry.

My hand span is 173 cm.
I read that the most attractive height is 182 cm and I would like to be like that, but I also don't want to risk my health and look like a dwarf on stilts.

I also care about proportions.
I was thinking about different combinations:
5 cm shin and 6.2 cm thigh (ratio 0.8 )
5.2 cm shin and 6.5 thigh (ratio 0.8 )
or 7 cm thigh and 5.5 cm shin.

I do not know.

The last option would make me 182 cm tall, but I'm also afraid that my arms will be too short for my legs.

I'm posting a photo - maybe it will make it easier for someone.
Please help, what do you think? What's the best thing to do?
What is your opinion? Thank you for every answer.

age: 29-30 years old

It looks like you have long tibia so if i were you i would have gone with Femur 8cm.
Lengthenig tibia is troublesome in most cases.

I always thought my shins were too short...
I will have to take an x-ray and see the tables and compare.

Thank you for your answer.
I invite you to discuss.

You have short tibias. If I were you I would do first 4-5cms on tibs and see afterwards if you wish for more

I also thought I had short tibia, but in fact one says it's long, the other says it's short - who should I listen to? I need to do a test and check the ratio and compare it with the table.

Do you think what size would be best for lengthening the tibia and thighs?

Ur tibia to femur ratio is ideal right now, and the options u listed non of them will fk up ur ratios. Just do the option that gives u the most height

Thank you for your answer. On the one hand, I want to be taller, but on the other hand, I don't want to hide my nkedness for fear that I will look like a dwarf on stilts who has to buy too long shirts for the rest of his life to cover his short torso relative to his legs.

Therefore, it is important to increase it, but neither too little nor too much at the same time so that it is safe for health.

I know it's ideal to not change anything, but being taller will increase my attractiveness from 6/10 to 7/10 on the marriage market.

From what I've seen you're normally proportioned so the added height isn't shocking.  Make the femur 7/8 cm which will take you to 1m78 which is above the average in many countries.  avoid doing Tibia and femur.  It’s already restrictive enough as it is lol

I thought doing the tibia and thigh would make the lengthening more proportional than just doing the thigh. If I make an 8cm thigh without the tibia, this disproportion will be very visible.

Certainly but it's really not shocking, some maybe close to your height were 10 cm or a little more and the result was ok.  now your wingspan is 173 cm if you start wanting more than 1m80 it will be weird because you would be -7cm.  the femur is the value on because the tibia they will cut your humerus and the tibia and the athletic abilities will be affected.  in addition the tibia is generally 5 cm max while the femur is precisely +6cm to 8cm (to stay within the safety range).  make a photo montage of your femur at +7/8cm and see what it gives
