What are the most common things people forget to do beforehand or forget to bring before flying to do leg lengthening? I'm feeling a bit nervous, I scheduled to do the surgery in the fall and have never left the USA before
I really only know about my own experiences. Try finding out what they don't have in the country you're going to and stocking up.

b. For precise 2.2 with Dr. Parihar for tibias, how long do you need to stay in Mumbai?

I heard of stuffs that P nails will come back in 2023 or never come back.
So maybe it's just talking about the availability of P nails in Dr.G's that he said P nails will come back in 2023 or never come back?

I take it that you are over 40 now?
That was for a move to Finland which isn't going to happen after all. I'm probably never getting another LL.
