so for all those worried for me, thanks. It appears that the ideal height in America/UK is 183 and so by parity of reasoning, ideal height in Singapore should be around 1.80.
It is good to close this diary and it is good to know I have helped some people. But I must move on with my life, and I cannot help mentally ill (Body dysmorphic disorder) go into greater insanity. I am a medical student and I owe a duty to help people, and not destroy their lives.
Those with BDD will never be satisfied with their bodies. 183 cm, they lengthen to 188 cm, they might not be happy. They need psychological help. (psychiatric help if necessary).
Mental illness is cured with pills and/or psychotherapy/CBT/counselling and NOT surgery. If anything, it will transform their lives into something much worse than before (ie, being 188 cm, not happy still. they push to 195 cm and end up crippled or unable to play sports)
It is good to shut up. My friend has borrowed for me 4-5 basketball books and I have wasted so much time idling on this forum I have only read 1/2 of a book. I have also got to earn money. I can earn 5000 /month teaching high school kids and will do so when I am back from Russia with help of mobility scooter.

Posts 6+ posts one after another full of incoherent babble because you're just SO MAD at me for showing that a height you can't reach(and that just tears you up inside in fact, you initially wanted to lengthen to 188cm but now you've changed your story.) isn't too tall. Do I have to remind you that you're the one who started this? You were so enraged because someone on the forum posted an ideal height range that differed from your own, that you immediately started calling me Low IQ and WRONG WRONG WRONG.

And all because I pointed out your hypocrisy; you tell people of average height for their countries not to leg lengthen and that they are mentally ill, when you literally did exactly what you told them not to do, lengthened when you were already average height in Singapore. Why do you differentiate between these two identical situations? They have starting heights you would kill for, that's why. But at least you have your University education right? It's the only thing you can come up with when someone outclasses you in a debate. It's a shame even the education you harp on about failed you, because you're still ignorant and sheltered enough to apply the standards of your tiny country to the rest of the world.

1. I wanted to be 190 cm but I backed out because 182+ is already pushing it in my country. I was afraid to be too tall. I will NOT lengthen to 190 cm because of my fear of losing dates (yes, both guys & girls)
2. You called me incoherent. I posted statistics (opinion polls). I posted scientific studies. I posted anecdotes. I posted logical reasoning (eg, Hollywood and K-pop heights). You? You were full of incoherence instead 
where are your sources, my baby?
3. Please address directly my data (opinion polls, studies, anecdotes, and reasoning). Also, I have mentioned and explained the "hypocrisy" which you so speak.
4. I am polite to all members. I fail to see the maturity of reasoning in your arguments. Let members decide for themselves who has more logical and advanced arguments and data.
I ask again: Where is your data? 
As we speak, I am planning to go to Russia with my girlfriend and we are gonna have a great time
