I defiantly think losing weight would be good so there's less risk in baring weight but many doctors are undecided on whether muscular legs will help or not in LL.

some patients said it will hurt during lengthening, but Guichet said it will make the surgery easier and less-painful.
For myself i'am not ugly and also i'am not handsome i'am a normal looking person. so i think improving height will add to my appearance.
