Y'all are making jokes, and playing games with peoples lives right now.  FYI. I Dont know what occurred,  what I do know is business, and if these accusations are not 100% truthful then you could potentially be ruining a business whom provides a service to change lives like it changed yours. I had my surgery done elsewhere in Turkey but damnnnn like what the **** I couldn't believe what I was reading

These conditions are already clearly stated in the contracts. In such cases, the problem is that the doctor does not see anything missing in the treatment protocol he applies. If the patient says that he sees a deficiency in the protocol, he must justify this officially and with the opinion of an expert. Otherwise, the doctor will be inclined not to accept his mistake, even if he is already wrong. That's why we encourage parties to seek advice from independent third party experts.

What is being said is not that you did not stay at our hotel, but that you had a case that you noticed developing exactly four months after you left our hotel.
And contrary to your claims, we always smiled at you. Even if no one smiles -you, I and God know- that I always smiled at you and do nothing but strive for your good.

If you mentioned that his profile picture is related to sensitive political issues, how could I, as a patient, know this in advance!  Before I left W, he kept complaining that you only gave him 400 US dollars a month, which was not enough to support his family! He's going to look for a job with a higher salary, what's wrong with that! There is no conflict between he and me. Is it all my fault that your employees always change frequently?And he not only deleted me, he deleted every patient who left the WBT hotel. Other patients told me this.Why didn't you mention he forced a new patient into leaving the hotel ?

If you see the obstruction of many technical and medical details as malicious delay, there is nothing I can do. But if my intentions were personally bad, I wouldn't try so hard for you, and rest assured, in this case the delay could even be up to a month.
What makes you think I blame you for procedures of changing employees? There are always two main reasons why our employees change, and these reasons do not change: 1- Self-request 2- Professional obligations.
Salaries of personnel are a matter for the accounting department and are subject to financial confidentiality. If it were not so, I could share evidence that would show that our personnel salaries are not bad at all under Turkey's conditions. I can say that we are better than many large-scale companies in this regard.

Records are carefully kept by the accounting unit. However, it is always possible that there may be some errors due to human factors. We either notice it during regular/standard/independent checks or the patients themselves warn us. Then we make the necessary corrections immediately. If you had let me know there was a mistake I would have been happy to help you.
