I wrote to them and asked for the external methods - thought it could be affordable for me. They either did not understand my question, or it's just the fact- I was told, regardless of the method, 250 k PLN (so roughly 65 k USD) with full package. 

I was hoping for something like 25 k USD externals (which is still huge money in Poland), and 50-60 k USD for internals. They say however - 65 k USD whatever you do.

Paley does not do external method for cosmetic anymore he hasn't for a long time (decade) even if patient willingly wants to
