Funny thing is I had the exact same thought, I stayed away from those machines but when I finally did I realized that you can do the lat pull down without putting much pressure at all. The row machine is a different story tho I would be careful on that one

Typing on a phone but yes there’s tons of Chinese patients from China you should be able to get the surgery at this point. For your 16 cm dream method 5 I think only 1 or two people have ever achieved it. Quad lengthening is literately insane. The few people I saw doing quad lengthening were in absolute misery even worse than what everyone else was already going through. It’s basically insanity but if you’re insane about your height I guess you could do it.

What is the typical gain for femur patients and what is it for tibia patients at Paley?

Hi thanks for posting this Q&A. I'm looking at this with Dr Paley as he is generally touted as the best in the world but the price is obviously a lot compared to going to other places in Europe such as Turkey. I've generally worked it out as needing around 160-200K USD for femurs - surgery 100k, accomodation 10-15k (in recommended paley hotels), care 5k, complications back up 30k, removal 18k, plus meds, if you want to pay for more physio, etc. Do you have any recommendations on keeping the costs down where you can?
Do you know how to apply for a Visa to leave from China for Paley's to do LL?
I am planning to apply for a medical visa and I will persuade my Visa Officers with rhetorics like how delibitating I am feeling about my height.
