Thanks for sharing Fishing, happy for your great recovery!

In the hospital, can you access some equipment and do the exercise yourself, outside the 1-hour paid PT?

Congrats Fishing on accomplishing the lengthening. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Which one of the hotels is the best to stay at out of the ones the Paley Institute recommends that comes with a shuttle pick up for therapy sessions? Best in terms of pricing, comfort, space, having a kitchen to cook possibly if any, no noise late at night from party animals, and also what is a good amount of time to book the hotel for if you're doing femur lengthening 7-8 cm? I would assume anywhere from 4-6 months? if so do you know an estimate on pricing for this? Would it be better to go with the hotels they offer at a discount at or an airbnb if you can find one near the same cost but i get youll be sacrificing the shuttle at that point.

just go with whatever they recommend , should be Homewood suites and they'll tell you time length

the agony of the procedure, the loss of athletic ability
not nearly enough to offset the benefits though

Was there ever a point in the surgery where the pain was unbearable or above a 9/10 in terms of pain?
