Let's say you do internal femur and internal tibias with Precise 2.2 with Giotikas. You stay in Greece for some amount of time to do this (?how many months? 8 months total?)?

You want to do a hair transplant while you are in Athens, Greece because it seems like it will cheaper to do it in Athens, Greece than in USA (I'm a USA citizen)

1. Medically speaking, what time in those 8 months (or w/e time frame) should you do the hair transplant surgery? Ex: too difficult to do it early on/should you do it right before you are fully recovered?

2. How would you get the bloodwork/lab tests for hair transplant done if you were in Athens, Greece? The problem is that some hair transplant doctors requires the bloodwork/lab tests to be done within 1 month of the surgery, meaning I can't use my USA health insurance to cover the costs.

3. Unless I do the hair transplant within like a month of coming to Greece, but is that a  ty idea from the standpoint of too much stress on your body at one time?

4. Is this a  ty idea/what alternatives would you consider? I could do a hair transplant after in my hometown in USA but I imagine it would cost more

"- the implanted grafts are being inserted perpendicularly (90° to the surface), and because the hair is thick and firm, you can not comb that hair to make it flat at all"

Ah. What are your options for that hair then? Have to pomade or hair gel it down if its on the sides/temples?

"Hair transplant in Greece is about half the price of US, around 2-5k Euro depending on how much grafting you need"

What are your thoughts on the hair transplant doctors in Athens, Greece / which to go with?

What is the realistic time frame to do internals of both femur and tibia with Giotikas with precise 2.2? I am trying to do the surgery like September 1st of 2022.

I am trying to figure out when I should do these things in the timeline:

1. online consultation w/ Giotimas

2. In person consultation, how soon does it need to be.

3. Getting bloodwork/tests to make sure I'm ready for surgery.

4. When to start first precise surgery

5. When to start second precise sugery

6. When is the best time to do the hair transplant in Athens

7. When I can reasonably expect to be done with everything and flying back to USA

My budget is like 150k$ ish in USD, I'm just trying to make sure I budget enough time for everything

Ah so the issue is this.

1. I don't think Parihar allows patients to do internals back to back. Ex: I don't think he allows someone to do internal tibia, wait a month, then do internal femur. But Giotikas does. So that is one reason to go with Giotikas. Am I mistaken?

2. Shahab too expensive for my budget to do internal femur and tibia

3. Going to Turkey for hair transplant seems like an additional flight ticket, is the cost of that worth it versus Greece? Are Turkey doctors that much better than doctors in Athens, Greece?

For Parihar, do you need to do an in person consultation before the surgery or can you do a virtual one and have your doctor send xrays/blood tests/etc?

Paley does allow back to back https://limblengthening.org/lengthening-strategies/

"I don't know about Dr Buldu, but Dr Parihar has almost 20 years of experience over Giotikas in leg lengthening and also had medical training in England in addition to his fellowship with Paley."

Yeah hm that does seem like a pretty good reason to go w/ Parihar. Does he limit femurs to 6 cm? I think he limits tibias to 6 cm, not sure if he limits femur to 7cm. I vaguely remember Giotikas is willing to do 7cm for femur

I got some kind of stomach bug that lasted for a few days. Happened after I ate some ice cream from an outdoor cooler. That was definitely not fun.

Didn't get malaria. Although my doctor made me take some anti-malaria pills starting a week before my flight I think.
