You can go  easily till 8 cm ..and i don't know if it possible more than that i didn't ask Dr Sarin  about that .

Since i come back  home  the first person  i met my friend he didn't  notice i become  taller  because he's very tall about  192cm ...after that i met other friend he was little bit tall than me now im taller than him he didn't  notice that...will see later on when i meet people they know me very well  if they  notice  .

Yesterday was first day i went the the downtown with crutches . I don't  feel a lot different with my height compere with my hieght befor was 167 .now 174 almost. Because here in Netherlands taller people in the world .here if you are  180cm still nothing because a lot of Dutch girl they will be with this hieght  so for the Dutch men they will taller ..
