Lengthening 10-13cm will never look normal. You get away with it in clothes, but that's where it ends too.
hi Sweden how you doing ?....my girlfriend she already met my after my first surgery. And she was taller than me about 2 or 2.5 cm .so i did 6.8 cm means i will be taller than her not alot . because i don't wanna tell to anyone about my lengthening surgery...anyways next week I'll meet my girlfriend and i will let you how i will just keep joking and deny if she notice im taller...

Everyone will know about the LL, there is just no way people don´t notice a 13cm growth that happened in the legs only. If you lengthen this much you just have to accept it. I´m sure that a lot of people found out about programdude´s lengthening but just didn´t tell him because they though it was unpolite.
You may be able to keep in unnoticed if you stay below 4cm´s.

yeah your Right 13Cm every one will notice.but since i did my first surgery 6.3 3 yeas ago no one notice at all .but i was still short .but after the second surgery some people notice im become taller and some people they didn't.....
Last week .my legs till look skinny but later will be better .
