Today my bother told me .you maybe did lengthening surgery for your legs because how come you are now almost same hieght as my and you were shorter than me i don't know how he knows about this . i didn't say anything i was surprise ......... and 3 days ago my girlfriend told me since we were talk on the phone im taller than you .i didn't meet her yet it's been long time before i did my surgery till now but i will meet her soon and i don't know what to say if she will directly notice that i become taller than her ..i will keep deny and i will say because you were with high heels that's you thought you are taller than me...Even if she is sure ...

Look, EVERYONE who ever knew you before notice the height gain. EVERYONE!! The majority won't say it to your face bc it's just so awkward the entire idea.
Your brother knows and your girlfriend knows. That's just the way it is.
Lengthening 10-13cm will never look normal. You get away with it in clothes, but that's where it ends too.

Just tell 'em you had a late growth spurt. It happens, quite rarely though, but it should do.

Not sure this would work as guys in the early 160 cm range don't have the proportions of a 173cm guy.
Hard to explain when it's just your legs. Even if he does arm lengthening he'll have way smaller fore arms.
