Can you walk sideways?
Can you comfortably turn fast in all directions while standing still?

Oh yea, I am actually back in the boxing gym hopping on my legs, bobbin weaving, side stepping, changing direction, pushing off you name it. Only thing I believe i could be better at is my flexibility in my quads.  I will need a few more months to get back to normal on this.

Thanks brother...

When it feels right, it just feels right, no need to change it from there. Good luck on your journey!

Hi all, I am about 1 year and 3 months post op.

Had this weird issue come up this week, where my right leg became real achie, almost like growing pains around the knee. Even at times  I feel sensation in shins and feet. I been taking tylenol which seems to relieve the pain for about 1 to2  hours, then comes back. Any ways, I am keeping an eye on it, and may have it checked out if it continues.

You guys ever experience this?

Hey BoneStretching,
Would you please try exercise 9(c) and 10 in Version 2 of my set of exercises (page 12 of my diary). I believe they are at least harmless, but may hopefully help with your knee pain. I also highly recommend taking vitamin D, daily.
