Yup I had that too around that time, still do 7.5cms
STRYDING to 3 INCHES with Dr. Mahboubian - Support is appreciated
I shall proceed...
Movie you make it to 8 yet?
no bro as of today I'm at 7.5cms
The both of ya going to Max that nail out. Fine job, gents.
Ok, I hit 6CM about 10 minutes ago.
With that said, i have 2 more weeks to go assuming I LL at a rate of 3x per day.
Tramodol pain killers are key during this phase, they make the pain bearable.
In addition, i notice that if I stretch hard prior to each LL session, it really makes a difference in the tightness. Stretch Stretch Strech.
Finally, walking, I been doing away with the cane lately and just forcing my self to waddle (i will carry the cane just in case), everwhere I go. I notice this is speeding up strength in my legs, keeping legs loose, and helping with my APT.
God speed guys... 2 more weeks is what I need here.
Peace and love.
Nice Job, Man. The battle is almost won!

If you didn't have family to help you carry your stuff back, what do you feel you would do with it? i'm curious what people usually do when they fly out to North Hollywood. Some stuff I imagine might be a bit heavy and difficult to throw away by oneself.
My friends..
im pushing over 6CM with 2 full weeks left 14 days.
More words of inspiration, send em my way.
Appreciate it.
