All just keeping you updated on new things, as I promised during this last month.

As I approach 6.5CM (within 2 days), i notice that my lower back feels weaker, hence pain. I find my self swaying back creating an arch in my back that makes it sore to stand or walk. Also when I sleep now, I have to lay a pillow down to raise my pelvic, or the arch is uncomfortable.

Wanted to see if any one has experienced this, and how you got passed it. Is it normal etc?

Thank you all!

I always slept with a pillow under my knees to keep my back straight since day 1 after surgery, that's what I'd recommend, I feel the duck ass too and how my lower back get's sore, part of the process. just finish lengthening and stretch as much as you can then during your recovery your muscles will be able to catch up

Hi CPL, one of the reasons I chose Dr. M, is because he offers IMO the best rate, while leveraging the best USA medical tech has to offer.

To put it frankly, he is not the most expensive, and he is not the "cheapest" either. Based on my experience watching other LLers, you definitely get what you pay for. Which is why I chose him, you pay for the best.

I chose Mahboubian, because of his history (been in the LL game i think close to 15+ years), and his response time. He replies to my emails same day (even on Sunday), and offers the brass tax, based on what you are experiencing, the risk factors, and recommendations. He will push you to your full potential. What got me as a client, was there was one user on here who considered stopping at 2.5inches,  he could have let it go,  but instead Dr. M pushed him to go 3. He made that recommendation based on the patients current condition, and knew he would be able, and would benefit by that final .5. One last thing, is there surgery crew are perfectionist, check mine and other x rays on this board, his alignment of the rods are perfect.

PT is not covered, however you get to choose your own PT near you (big +), the PT and him communicate, and to answer your question, insurance covers PT (you only pay co pay, which for me is 30 bucks a session).

Hope this helps!

All:

I couldnt sleep all night, so i ended up taking a ZZquil at 4am. I couldn't sleep bc my brain would not get tired. I popped a Zqull and woke up 8 hours later.

With that said, woke up , legs are super tight, achie when i walk. I can tell I am going have to fight for this last QTR inch. Goodness gracious.

Once you're through phase 1; it will all be downhill from there. Each week; you'll notice a dramatic improvement, especially after week 2-3 post LL phase is concluded.   You're going to be an unstoppable force once this is over and done with and by 2020 you'll be able to really enjoy the fruits of your efforts.

KEEP.GOING.STRONG.

Final stretch from today to Tuesday.

As of today I am moving to .66 per day as my legs just cant keep up with the 1mm per day any more. Just way to tight, and achie. I am just not that limber tail back striding down the field for 80s yards (like i used to be in my late teens - lol).

Hope to reach my goal by Tuesday (appt with doc on this day).

Its all mental at this stage.

God speed.
