Hi, in the west you mean the whole Europe and Northern America? And speaking of beyond 170cm, does that include a person whose height is right at 170cm, or anything 169.99 and below?
At what height( in cm) would you consider noticeably short?

IMO most toxic women (& men) would consider anything under 180cm 'short'. To put things in realistic perspective, 175 and under would be short where I live. Time to do tibias lmao
This is so subjective. In most western countries (except netherlands and scandinavia), 175 is probably average, and anything less than 170 is 'short'. But if you live in south america or most regions in Asia, 170 is probably okay.
178cm and below is short where I am. Women aren't really that bothered about height where i work and live. Personality, face and job are more important. Problem is that that there are a lot of women that are now 175cm so you need to be 180cm if they wear heels

sadder most toxic women or even men in my country would categorize anything under 185cm 'short'(Balkan peninsulan criterion)

I think it depends on the age groups?

Of course cuz ppl born in old society won't give rats' how tall or short a person is.B
But in modern society let's give up hopes for ppl to get rid of height dysphoria.
Now men under 185cm are disabled in my country and I dunno what to do.

If I am not mistaken the average height for men in Mainland China falls within 167cm to 170cm during the 90s. Have to admit that Chinese kids born after 2000 are much bigger, almost the body size of Americans. Better nutrition of course.

Actually American millenial average height ranges from 175-180cm and Chinese millenial is several cms lower than that. And even though we are almost the body size of Americans,185cm ought to be considered as tall but not normal both in Amiercans' and Chineses' perspectives.
This simply comes down to the average height in your country and women's preception of ideal height.
From my experience, the preferred height for Caucasions is 6' (183cm) and the minimum acceptable height is 5'9 (175cm). These 2 filters are very common on dating apps.
I've noticed for East Asians, the preferred height is 180cm, and the minimum acceptable height is probably around 172cm. Note that the average East Asian is probably 6cm shorter than the average Caucasion, but thresholds only drop by 3cm. This reflects Chinese and Korean women's extra emphasis on height and wealth.
Anything above preferred height will earn you points, while anything below minimum height entails being ignored, unless you can compensate with money or personality.
