Hey Fishing.
For Chineses do you know how to immigrate into USA for doing LL in Paley's? I come from China and I am all the time agitated about whether I can go there for LL or not due to the COVID.
And, do you know any cases of doing Paley's Option 5 which can achieve patients 16cm? I don't care being improportional or even disabled cuz I am a midget tortured by Height and Appearance dysphorias and I am reflecting on(a terminology of reflective epistemology)this world to such degree that only disfigurement is on par with or worse than being short and being disabled, having cancers or sufffering from devastating diseases like Leukemia or Quadriplegia are all better than being short so I think in the terms of impavidity I am one of the best candidates ain't I?
So my only concern is whether I can leave China for USA to obtain LL and I hope my life will not get ruined by fking COVID.

Honestly this'll sound a little silly but you figure a lot  out as you go. But grabber is super important, like a long distance claw. Also lidocaine patches. Tylenol pm to sleep. Stretching strap for some but I didn't stretch with it at all.

Hi Fishing

Is it at all possible to work out the upper body before full consolidation? Or is that a bad idea?

I see. What were you able to do?

I was thinking about it--Wouldn't certain upper body exercises be off limits?

For instance, could you do a lat pulldown? Your quads are underneath pads and your legs will press against the pads when pulling down. So wouldn't that be bad if bone isn't healed? Same with a cable row, where you usually use your legs to brace. I assume that you probably need to stay on machines that don't put any pressure on your legs?
