Hey there everyone, I'm pretty new to the forum have posted before, but in case anyone hasn't seen my posts a quick introduction - I'm taking care of my brother after his LL procedure, he had surgery last Thursday, in the mean time, I will be taking care to make sure he gets the right amount of vitamins, protein, and therapy. The LL method were using is the Precise 2.0 rod.

Since we aren't hiring a physical therapist, I've been planning on ways to get him back into walking condition. So far, we've worked on stretches lifting his leg as much as he can etc. 5 days after recovery, his right leg seems to be doing a lot better than the left (the left has a weird bruise - perhaps the nerve is bruised). However, both are recovering and he is able to stretch and move his leg further than the first day back from the hospital which is a relief. Is there any type of schedule anyone can lay out for me that their PT gave them? Or perhaps a time frame of anyone who has done LL when they were able to walk on crutches, etc.
And maybe some excercises and stretches that may be useful for him.

Yup! please let this be a thread for products you've used that have made your LL journey easier and less painful.
Does anyone have any idea any machine that will automatically lift your leg and bring your knee to your chest and back down in repitition? There was a machine like this at the hospital, I haven't been able to find out what it was called though.
