Quote from: Californian on January 19, 2022, 09:58:58 AMHello HJ, big fan, are you going to undergo another surgery?

I thought about tibia lengthening before, but I am not planning on it. For me, about 1 inch on the tibias would be optimal. However, you don't get a prorated refund for lengthening less, so it's not worth it.

Hi heightjourney, are all follow up appointments free of charge? even 10 months post-op?
edit- 10 mos post op with PRECICE, the brief clip of you walking was fantastic. your xrays are good too. did you do anything special to accelerate your recovery?

Referring to your video, Assayag mentioned another surgery due to your different degrees in ROM

My Appointments, X-rays, and PT sessions are covered under health insurance, so it is almost nothing. But you have to check if your insurance covers the PT you are using, or you should look for another PT.

I am planning to have a video in early February on eating, nutrition, and supplements to maximize bone and muscle recovery. Subscribe to my YouTube channel to keep updated.

The surgery is an option. I talked with my doctor and it’s only for my right leg. The rotational degree for my left leg is not severe enough to be considered for surgery.

The rotational surgery on my right tibia would be a medical necessity and covered under health insurance, if I decide to go through it. If I do, I will post a video on my YouTube channel.

No, it's not. A person with bow legs is when the person stands up straight and the legs curve outwards at the knees (instead of being aligned straight).
