i was at the gym today and was sitting next to some dude on separate benches.. i looked at him and compared him to me,, he looked way bigger than me but when i just looked at our clavicles mine were broader....  ive got chicken legs and small waste, but shoulder width of a mesomorph but u dont even notice that if theres not alot of mass.. because without thickness u dont look big at all and im a good example . it proves that shoulder width isnt everything if u dont have much thickness to back it up.. the funny thing is when we were both standing he went from looking massive to not looking big at all cause i had 6 inches on him.. everyone will benefit from being 2 or 3 inches taller depending on your proportions..

The user ewf is a good example.. his shoulder width is similar to mine but he looks way bigger because he has mass everywhere else...

Proportions are very important so long as they look normal to the nked trained eye. It is obvious that with measurement, things will not be ideal. Plastic surgeons, for example, mostly use their eyesight, instead on relying on tools like the golden ratio, and the phi mask. These will help, yes, but they are not essential.

So you went to the gym with your monorails on? What did people say or how did they react? I imagine you probably had pants over them. How noticeable are they?
