Go all da wayyy Up.

Hang in there bro! How strong do your legs feel? Mine are back to normal and I really want to go to the gym, but I know I'm not supposed to lift heavy things, squat, or run. I can't even carry any plates onto a barbell to bench press lol

I hear ya - they feel normal honestly. No pain at all, can walk full weight no issues.

Doc just has me on these crutches for 6 weeks (2 more weeks to go), bc of the Stryde lysis.

Been doing upper body with machines, and dumbells at home.

This part is driving me crazy.

Well folks, my appointment is in 6 days (this Friday).

We will see what happens to a person with stryde based lysis, after the rods are taken out. I will update you all.
