Are you taking supplements?

Make sure you're getting appropriate vitamin d3, calcium and vitamin K intake for someone with broken bones. Drinking one glass of milk thrice a day might also help some (increases IGF-1 levels in the body).

Hello how are you doing now. I am at 3cm and feel like im ripping apart. I wanted to ask you when you were at 3cm did it feel this tight as if it felt like you were literally ripping your muscles apart. For me it is so tight at 3cm i cant imagine how tight it would be at 6cm.

Check my walking videos above. 3CM was definitely tough, just read my diary about how slow I was lengthening, it took 3 - 3.5 months because I was in pain a lot after each day.
