How many pins did you have inside each of your leg again? Because not everyone seems to have the same amount of pins.

It was removed 2 days ago. If I count the holes in each leg it’s 13. I really just tried to keep my eyes closed on the removal. They don’t use anesthetic and the screws are a good 7cms deep into the skin. I believe 3 were screws, and 5 were wires that went through.

Just taking the next week and resting. My ankle is a bit tight, and I have a little bit of ballerina in my right leg but I think I can get rid of it. Movement is pretty good, able to walk around without crutches, but still have a tiny bit of duck ass. Nothing exercise can’t fix.

So this is pretty much it, road to physiotherapy is long but I have my height and it’s pretty cool. Immediately noticeable for me especially now that I can wear boots and normal pants again.

Maybe 8 months post frame removal. Feel absolutely fantastic. Can run, jump, whatever. Go up and down stairs with weights. The biggest difference is that my balance is definitely worse, for example on a slippery street in the rain I have fallen down drastically more times.

Also, if I am sitting for example in a kneeling position it is a bit tight.

Oh wow I saw your hgh thread yesterday and was going to try to contact you and see your supplements but you didn't post for like 6 months. What a surprise you posted today. Glad to see your happy results!

Btw, your links in your signature don't work, I wanna see your supplements:)

I accidentally deleted the google doc. Mostly I turned to the dark side and used testosterone and steroids to heal faster. Tried to eat a clean diet, but really hard to do. It's almost like quarantine life really, so many similarities. Best thing to do is get weights, and get training. Just read through this thread, it's pretty well explained how I felt day to day

Also the normal, load up on vitamins C/D/E, Multi's, protein WPI and casein, eat eat eat. Clean veg, clean meat. Train as much as you can, stay off youtube/netflix.

I honestly wish I turned more. The results are pretty amazing.

Nice to hear you're doing well mate! Especially when you contrast how many problems you faced while lengthening.

Do you have any videos of doing difficult exercises or running or similar?

So just to be clear, would you recommend using HGH during distraction and the entire LL journey? Or only consolidation- or perhaps with the knowledge you know now... not use it at all?

Happy for you.

I had a horrible response to HGH and I recommend staying off of it. I took so much that I developed skin issues that I am only NOW 8 months later slowly recovering from.

No videos of me doing stuff, sorry. But I've went skating, I've ran on treadmills at about a 13 speed, biked, used a motorcycle, used a moped. Only issue as I said is my balance is a bit worse, and sometimes if I'm sitting on the floor I need to grab something super briefly.

Ignore this post. Thought you did 7cm based on your original measurements.
